It may be the middle of summer, but the fashion world never stops, and we are already thinking about what we will wear in autumn! Last week we launched our new fashion collection, which is full of fabulous autumn clothes and accessories.However, we can’t wait until then to wear them so we’ve chosen our favourite pieces which can be worn now as well as next season – here’s how!

Hi, I recently purchased a mint green textured bag on 5th July 2014 product no; M1031F valued at £19.00.
I gifted this bag to a friend and it was used only once when the handle came away from it’s strap.
How would I arrange to return this item as it is unsuitable for the purpose for which it was purchased?
