What is Changing

Why is Witt changing?

Witt will soon have a new home at Kaleidoscope. Our Kaleidoscope brand offers a much wider range of products including a large selection of Witt products which means that you can shop many of the items you already love to buy as well as giving you the opportunity to choose from a broader selection of fashion, homeware and beauty. You can already use your Witt account at Kaleidoscope using exactly the same account details and website logins that you use today.

What is changing?

If you have a credit account, you will still receive the same statement each month and continue to pay using the same details.

If you currently use the Witt website to place your orders and/or manage your account, you will be redirected to use the Kaleidoscope website where you will use exactly the same account information you use today on the Witt website. Your Witt account will be presented in the My Account area on the Kaleidoscope website in the same way that it is presented on the Witt site.

You will still be able to contact us in the same way you do today.

When is it changing?

You may have already seen some of our communications introducing Kaleidoscope. From 6th September, the Witt website will automatically redirect you to the Kaleidoscope website where you will see Witt products as well as a much wider range to choose from.

You will still be able to chat or email us from the Contact Us page on the Kaleidoscope site or call us on the existing telephone number.

What if I don't want to change?

Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to send you Witt publications or offers and the website will close. If you do not wish to shop with Kaleidoscope, we respect that but hope that you will give us a try at some point in the future. In the meantime, you will need to continue to make payments if you have an outstanding balance or if you wish, you can clear any outstanding balance and we will close your account for you.

Will I still be able to pay in the same way?

Yes, all of your payment options will remain the same.

If you use the Witt website to make your payments today, you will be able to pay in exactly the same way by using your existing details to log into the Kaleidoscope website.

You will still receive a statement each month which details all of your payment options

Will I still be able to buy Witt products?

Many of your favourite Witt products will be available to buy from Kaleidoscope but you will also find a much broader range to choose from including fashion, homewares and beauty.

Will I still get an envelope and GIRO slip with my statement?

Yes, your statement will continue to be provided in the same way it is today. If there are any changes in the future, we will notify you accordingly.

Will I still get a catalogue?

As a business, we have decided to stop printing our traditional catalogues. We continue to send smaller, less frequent brochures but our best offers can always be found online.

Will deliveries change?

No, our Kaleidoscope brand offers the same delivery services at the same prices.

Within the My Account page on the Kaleidoscope website you will be able to see previous orders and arrange a return in the same way that you do now.

If you have placed an order recently you will receive your order as normal.

Will my account number change?

No – your details will remain exactly the same.

Will my credit agreement and terms change?

No, your terms and conditions remain exactly the same. Should there be any changes in the future, we will notify you accordingly.

Will my APR change?

No, we have no plans to change your APR or interest rates at this time. Should there be any changes in the future, we will notify you in line with your credit agreement.

Will my Credit Limit Change?

Credit limit increases and decreases are offered and communicated to customers from time to time in line with our terms and conditions. There will be no change to your credit limit as a consequence of the Witt site closure. Any future changes will be communicated to you if and when appropriate.

Can I close my account?

We do believe that you will continue to enjoy our products and service should you continue to use your account on the Kaleidoscope brand. However, if you wish to close your account, you are entitled to do so at any time by clearing any outstanding balance.

Shopping at Kaleidoscope

I already have a Kaleidoscope Account?

That's great news. You will be able to manage both accounts via the Kaleidoscope website.

If you use the same login details for both websites:

On the My Account page, there is a drop-down menu at the top of the page to allow you to choose which account you wish to service so you can check the individual balances and payments due.

When placing an order, both accounts will be presented during checkout for you to choose which account you wish to place your order on.

If you have different login details for each website:

The website will present the correct account for each of your logins, but you will need to sign out and back in using the alternative login credentials to see your individual accounts.

Can I merge my accounts so that I only have one?

No, individual accounts cannot be combined, however you can continue to use your accounts in the same way as you do now.

Does Kaleidoscope have different sizing?

Any Witt products you usually buy will be exactly the same as they are today. Size guides are available on the website for all other products and don't forget, you still have our 14 day home approval period so that you can try before you buy!

Will I still get offer codes/discounts?

Our best offers are always available on the website and if you sign up for our emails.

Promotional activity will remain subject to the same terms and conditions as they are today.

Promotional activities are conducted for a variety of reasons and at various times throughout the year. As with all organisations, promotions are made available at our discretion and customers are selected for them based on many things including but not limited to; the product types and styles they like to buy, the availability of certain lines and the frequency with which they shop. We review our promotional activity constantly and as such you may be offered further incentives in the future.

How do I shop online?

If you usually shop on our Witt website, you will be redirected to use our Kaleidoscope site to shop using the same account details as you do today.

If you don't usually shop online, you can visit our Kaleidoscope website directly and register for online shopping using your existing Witt account details.

If you have internet access you can always browse our site and place an order over the phone as you may do already.

Can I still place orders through the Contact Centre?

Yes, our Contact Centre Advisers will be here to help you with any questions you may have. It's very simple to place your orders online and we'll be very happy to help you with that. However, if you prefer to speak to us, we're here to help.

Are you putting your prices up?

Prices will not increase as a direct consequence of the Witt site closure.

Pricing is affected by several factors including but not limited to; cost of materials and manufacturing, delivery and distribution costs and general economic factors. Simplifying our business by streamlining our brands helps to keep our costs as low as possible meaning that we can offer our customers the best possible prices for our products.
