The Lumley is an extremely popular summerhouse due to its styling and great price. This is a very versatile building suitable as a summer house, hobby room or somewhere to dine out on a cool summer evening. The practical, joinery quality, acrylic glazed double doors with a large canopy makes this a wonderful addition to any garden or patio. It is constructed on sturdy 34 mm square framing and clad with planed shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, FSC-approved, slow-grown northern European pine. The floor is T&G and the roof is solid sheet OSB. The Summerhouse is treated with a dip-treated honey brown base coat preservative ready for you to top coat immediately after installation. This could be a paint or stain.
All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. (Imperial dimensions are approximate to the nearest foot, please refer to the exact metric dimensions in the data given). Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of the delivery day, you will also receive live tracking information. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base that is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
