The Barclay is a magnificent summer house designed to complete a corner of your garden. With its full height, styrene safety glazed windows and doors, this summerhouse is full of light and is a delight to spend your time in. Wall panels are made from 12 mm shiplap boards and supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for you to topcoat after assembly. All framing is sturdy 34 mm square and this lovely corner house is manufactured from high-grade FSC-certified northern European pine. The floor is tongued and grooved timber and the roof is solid sheet OSB. All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access for painting and during installation.
Imperial dimensions are rounded and for guidance only. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of the delivery day, you will also receive live tracking information. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base that is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
