Curtains & Blinds
Most of our curtains are sold in pairs, but the size referred to is for each single curtain. Voile panels and door curtains are sold singly.
Curtains with pencil pleat (standard) heading can be hung on a track or pole and the 3 hook positions allow some adjustment to the final depth.
Tab top curtains hang from poles only. Remember to position the pole high enough above the window to prevent light appearing between the pole and the tab tops.

Length/depth
Measure from the bottom of the rings of your pole (length A) or the top edge of your curtain track (length B) to where you want the curtains to finish - on the sill, below the sill, or to the floor.

Width
Measure the total width (C) of your curtain track or pole (excluding decorative finials) and order the width of curtains closest to this measurement. This allows for 2 times fabric fullness, e.g. 228cm (90ins) track/pole requires 228cm (90ins)wide curtains.

For pencil pleat (standard) headings, we recommend choosing a wider width for a fuller look, e.g. 182cm (72ins) track/pole width requires 228cm (90ins) wide pencil pleats curtains. For tab top headings, we recommend 1½ times fullness, e.g. 182cm (72ins) track/pole width requires 167cm (66ins) wide tab top curtains.

Pelmets
Remember, you will need two tracks or a curtain/pelmet track. Order a width closest to 2½ - 3 times the length of your rail, e.g. 182cm (72ins) track/pole requires 584cm (230ins) pelmet.

Net curtains
Net curtaining is sold by the metre at several depths to suit most window sizes. It will come ready with a slotted top for use with a tension rod or net wire. We recommend you order between 1½ - 2 window widths for a soft drape, e.g. 182cm (72ins) wide window requires 3 metres of net curtaining (or 4 metres for a fuller look.)
