How Do I Place An Order Online?
It’s quick and easy to place an order online with Kaleidoscope.
We are always working to improve your shopping experience with Kaleidoscope and for those of you who have used Kaleidoscope.co.uk before you may notice we’ve recently updated our Checkout.
Some of the main things you’ll notice are:
- A clear, simpler design to make it easier for you to see everything you need to.
- There are fewer steps, so it is quicker and easier for you to make your order.
- You have the option to pay by Paypal. For more information about Paypal click here.
- You have the option to store your credit/debit card details to use for future purchases, which will make it quicker to order the next time you come back to kaleidoscope.co.uk
- It is easier for you to arrange for a delivery to an alternative address.
- If you are a new Kaleidoscope customer, then the process of registering with us has been made shorter and simpler for you.
How to place your order
- Once you have added all the items to your bag that you’d like to order. Go to the Shopping Bag, to check the details of your order.
- If you are happy with all the items in your Shopping Bag, click ‘Checkout’ to continue
- If you are a new customer or new to shopping with us online, select the appropriate option, enter you email address and click ‘Continue’. You will then need to enter your personal details on the next page.
If you are an existing customer, select the appropriate option, enter your email address and password and click ‘Continue’.
- On the Delivery page, select your preferred Delivery Address or change your preferred Delivery Address as you prefer (if you are an existing customer).
On the same page select your Delivery Method. If you’d like our courier to leave your item in a safe place, you can tell us on this page.
- The Confirm & Pay page gives you the opportunity to enter an Offer Codes(s) if you have one. Once you have entered you Offer Codes(s), click ‘Apply offer’ to recalculate the Grand Total.
The simply choose your preferred Payment Method, enter your details and click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed. Note, depending on your chosen method of payment there may be some additional security details, depending on your payment provider.
- Once the Thank You For Your Order Page is displayed, make a note of your order number, as you’ll need to quote this in any future correspondence with us about your order.
- We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that we are processing your order and another one when your order has been despatched to our couriers. (This e-mail does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. Your order will be accepted by us, and a contract formed, when we despatch the goods to you.
