Standard Delivery - £3.99
We aim to deliver items within 2 days, however see individual item promises online or the customer service advisor will inform you at point of order(excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Our personal courier service covers most areas of mainland Great Britain.
We do not offer specific delivery times on Standard Delivery. This service covers most courier areas in the UK. We do not deliver on Bank Holidays or Sundays.
Next Day Delivery - £5.99
Orders should be placed by 7pm the day before to guarantee delivery (orders placed between 7pm on Friday and 1.30pm Sunday will be delivered on Monday). Next day delivery is not available on bank holidays. This service is available on selected items and covers most courier areas. Multiple delivery addresses will attract a £2.00 charge per address for Next Day Delivery – telephone orders only. AM deliveries may be delivered up to 1.00pm and PM deliveries will be delivered after 1.00pm. We aim to deliver as requested.
Whilst we will endeavour to offer next day delivery for orders placed after 7pm, at particularly busy periods, for example Christmas, we cannot 100% guarantee.
Please note we cannot offer Next Day Delivery on your first order.
Stated Day Delivery - £5.99
With Stated Day delivery you can choose a date for delivery that’s convenient for you, up to 7 days in advance. Need it for the Next Day? Simply order by 7pm and select 'Next Day Delivery' (see above)
Stated Day delivery is not available on Sundays or bank holidays. This service is available on selected items only and covers most courier areas. Multiple delivery addresses will attract a £2.00 charge per address for Stated Day Delivery – telephone orders only. AM deliveries may be delivered up to 1.00pm and PM deliveries will be delivered after 1.00pm. We aim to deliver as requested.
Whilst we will endeavour to offer Stated Day delivery wherever possible, at particularly busy periods, for example Christmas, we cannot always offer this service and cannot guarantee that deliveries will be made on the date/time requested,
Larger Items and heavy furniture - For larger items, such as furniture and direct dispatch items, you will be advised on expected delivery dates when you place your order. For larger items and heavy furniture delivery is either £10 or £25, depending on the size & weight of the item. Remember, you can check the delivery cost of each item in the 'Delivery & Returns' tab on the product description page. Customers ordering several items, including furniture will be charged a maximum of £25 per order regardless of the number of items ordered.
When your Goods are delivered
If you are out when your goods are delivered, the courier will leave a card with instructions for arranging an alternative, more convenient delivery date. Customers receiving a delivery by post will receive a card with instructions for either collecting the order or re-arranging delivery.
We appreciate that occasionally you may want your item delivered when you are out. You can request that our courier leaves the delivery in what you consider to be a reasonably safe place, such as an unlocked garage or porch, but this is at your own risk. Kaleidoscope cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in these instances.
