What Is Your Returns Policy? (14 Day Approval Policy)

Approval Guarantee

We will replace or refund most items provided that they are returned complete and unused within 14 days of receipt. Please return items in their original packaging wherever possible.

Failure to do so may mean we cannot accept return of the item! This does NOT affect your statutory rights.

Exceptions to our Approval Guarantee

Exceptions To Our Approval Guarantee Certain goods are not supplied on our usual approval terms. These items are clearly shown in the catalogue and online by this logo:


DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS. For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days after the day on which you received your goods. However, this right does not apply to certain items, such as:

•Personalised products: - goods made to your own specification (for example, monogrammed items or made-to-measure curtains)

•Perishable goods - goods which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate rapidly

•Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software that you have opened.

N.B Your statutory rights are not affected.

Late and Unaceeptable Returns

If you return items to us after the expiry of the 14 day Approval Period and/or in an unacceptable condition we may not refund your account. An administration charge of £4.95 for smaller items, and £12.95 for larger items will be made. We may, at our discretion, return your items to you (at a cost to you of the actual postage rate). If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed as irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods. Acceptance of a return by your courier is not deemed to be acceptance by the company. This does not affect your statutory rights

Cancellation

On cancellation you must make the goods available to us for collection, and you must take reasonable care of them. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way, or to an extent, beyond what would be reasonable when examining goods in a shop prior to purchase.

Handling Charges

If you decide you do not want to keep any of the items you have ordered, they must be returned to us. Using our courier service where available will save you the expense of returning an item. We will match the direct cost of returning the goods against the delivery charges, so there is no additional charge to you.
