You can now opt out of receiving paper statements and view these online in a secure area of our website, which is accessible by your customer user ID and password.
It's quick and easy and has many benefits:
•The ability to view 12 months of your statement history.
•The ability to print a copy of your recent statements.
•Reducing the amount of post you receive.
•A monthly email will let you know that your statement has been processed and is available to view via a secure area on our website.
How to opt out of paper statements:
1. Go to www.kaleidoscope.co.uk and click ‘Your Account’ which appears at the top of the homepage.
2. Log in to your account using either your account number or email address and your unique password.
3. Select Personal Details from the menu options on the left hand side of the page under Options.
4. Go to Contact Preferences and click "I want to go green by receiving: Online only Statements".
5. Click "Save Preferences"
From the 1st May 2013 when you open a Kaleidoscope account you will automatically be registered to receive paper statements. You will be given the opportunity every month to opt in to receive online statements in the future, should you prefer this method.
Existing Kaleidoscope customers will continue to receive online statements, unless otherwise requested.
Please note, for existing customers, if you fail to make payments on two consecutive statements we will revert to sending you paper statements. Once your account is up to date, you will revert back to online statements.
We will send you an e-mail reminder when your statement is ready, and we will provide a link to a secure area on our website to view your statement. If you fail to make payments on two consecutive statements we will revert to sending you paper statements. Once your account is up to date, you will once again receive online statements
•By choosing to opt-out of paper statements you will lose the option to pay by cheque, postal order or bank giro as a giro slip is not attached to your online statement. You will still have the option to make payments using your credit/debit card or by monthly Direct Debit.
Please note that offers are not available if you choose to switch off your paper statements.
•Responsibility for ensuring a Personal Account is managed correctly lies solely with the account holder.
•Paper statement suppression for accounts in arrears will be overridden.
•You must register with "Your Account" to enable you to opt out of receiving paper statements. To do this, simply go to "Your Account" and follow the instructions under "Register".
•You can request a paper copy of your statement to be processed and sent to you at any time.
•You can choose to opt back in to receiving paper statements if you wish to do so. Just follow the same steps as detailed above and click "I want to receive: Paper and Online Statements".The next statement to be processed will then be posted to you.
