We have themed rooms in our house and our bedroom is Louis XIV (blue,cream,gold) and we wanted something really spectacular for the bed. I thought the Venetia was lovely when I saw it in the brochure, but the picture doesn't do it justice. The look and feel of the material is one of the best I've come across. Having said that it is very expensive when compared to other duvet covers, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

The quilt looks expentive very nice material looks great on the bed it makes my bed look like i am sleeping in a hotel thats how nice it is.

Buying the whole set was pricie it would off been nice to have a deal on the whole set.

I have been buying my bedlinen from Kaleidoscope for many years and quite frankly wouldn't buy from anywhere else. Not even high street stores can match the originality and quality of their products. They always look expensive but are really very reasonable and friends frequently comment on how lovely they are.

I sent for the duvet cover as the throw was not available for choice. Loved the pattern and colour but unfortunately, did not suit my room.

The set looks very warm and inviting but the bedspread (KS) does not reach the floor at either side which I would have preferred. The valance looks rather cheap - only a couple of inches of pattern all the rest is a poor quality cotton. I would have liked the option of buying 2 very large (continental) square pillows but had to make do with the smaller ones.
