Based on previous reviews I bought this dress for a formal evening on our cruise and I was absolutely delighted with it. I am only 5'2" but the dress was just the right length with my evening sandals. Even my husband commented that it made me look slimmer, which was a plus. I will wear it again over the Christmas party season as it looks great with sparkly jewellery!

I ordered this dress in both colours. Personally I went for the classic black, I found the red a little difficult for me to carry off. Bought it primarily for our next cruise, but more importantly because it had sleeves, a very important factor for me personally.

Bought this to wear on a cruise feels wonderful. The drape at the front covers a multitude of sins. Only thing is it takes a minute to get it sitting right at the neckline because of the way the dress is finished. (material folds in rather than being stitched) Length was perfect for me which is unusual as I am only 5ft 1ins

As a 5'2" slim 6 stone nothing femail I find it very hard to find clothes to fit that does not need altering in any way. This dress fit's the bill perfectly.

I agree with the last reviewer - I am also 5'2'' and it comes to my ankles - I need to wear it with pumps - no way with high heels. Other than that the dress is beautiful and elegant. Good quality heavy fabric with a lovely drape.

I loved this dress when I saw it on the model, unfortunately when I ordered it I found it to be too short, I'm only 5'2 and this dress just went up to my ankles, should have been at least 58" long to give it that elegant look. Other than that the dress is lovely.
Unfortunately I find the same problem with most of their maxi dresses. would only recommend if friend is 4' nothing.
