Online services very quick as was the delivery. The shoes were well presented and arrived undamaged.
Unfortunately these shoes were too big in width for my UK size 6 high street feet so I had to return them. I wouldn't say that I had particularly wide feet either - this is one of the difficulties of buying online items such as clothing and shoes but the return precedure and refunding was easily done and promtly acknowledged. It doesn't put me off buying on line but learning what to expect from each manufacturer is the key to success.

I have an ongoing problem with shoes as I am a continental size 35 and all size 3 in UK are now made to 36,so I have to fill my shoes with insoles and heel grips. I do wish it hadn't been changed, as I love shoes.
