This blouse is great for dressing up as looks very elegant, I would recommend this item!! You have to be tall to wear it as I'm 5ft 7inches and it was nearly down to my knees BUT looks fab with black opaque tights and high heels......

Beautiful blouse but the sizing is wrong. I had to return the first one I ordered in my size and I reordered a smaller size which is perfect. Fabulous for Christmas.

A really lovely blouse which looks simply gorgeous on and, being quite long, gives a slimming effect - I shall wear it with black trousers and a camisole top. I am usually a standard size 16 top but had to have a size smaller in this item as it does come up quite big. It is quite long too so I think it wouldn't suit a shorter person. I am 5'5" and I like it because it covers up my BTM. The only thing I dont like about it are the sleeves which do seem quite long. Personally I shall turn them up and lose the ruffle!!!!

A fabulous top for teaming with black chiffon evening trousers, crepe trousers for a cocktail party, or even for that special lunch occasion. Figure flattering and a top that makes you feel good (even for the older woman such as I, the advantage being, when wearing little underneath it except a camisole, that the ruffles also keep your neck and chest warm) - so it's practical as well!

I had read previous reviews and was aware that because of the design, there was a lot of material in this blouse, so I ordered a size 18 and 20, although I am a size 22/24. I found the size 18 to be perfect. Although I had ordered this item for a wedding, I did not feel really comfortable in it. Perhaps it was a little too different. Also, the size 20 really smelt of heavy perfume. I am not sure whether, it had already been worn and returned.

This is a stunning blouse...although I should have considered another comment about the sizing. I am usually an 18-20 on top...so ordered the 18 on the basis that this blouse comes up large.[...] I will put some darts in and make it more slimline but got lots of positive comments on how gorgeous the design is. Sadly this is hand wash only although i might take a chance and wash it on a gentle wash in the machine inside a pair of tights to keep the crinkles in...I will talk to an expert on these things (mother ;-)

Absolutely stunning blouse, however unfortunately just not for me - it came in really large - I am 5 foot 7, and it swamped me - you really need to be quite tall. Such a shame as it is a standalone item of clothing. Would look lovely on someone tall.
