Comments about Hug A Rug:
We have a dog and this rug is placed inside the back garden door and therefore the dirt from the garden is not carried into the house.

Comments about Hug A Rug:
At last a durable, nice looking, smart rug that says exactly what it says it does, in the sizes I have been looking for for years, my last 2 rugs were washed to the limit and never were quite the right size or colour. I could never find the right sizes or colours - then when my night-time crossword ran out, I browsed through the kaleidoscope catalogue. I will never overlook this catalogue again![...]

Comments about Hug A Rug:
I have been looking for a rug of similar colour and size now for some time. It is being used in the conservatory on a wooden floor of a similar colour. It blends in with the rest of the colour scheme.

Comments about Hug A Rug:
I bought a couple of these rugs three years ago. They are sooo good that I have purchased two more. They actually WORK.
When they are caked in mud and covered in bits of dropped food I throw them in the washing machine and they really do come out as good as new! Brilliant! A real boon is that on wet muddy days they dry and clean the buggy wheels as I come through the door - perfect! On hard floors I have one under the wheels of the office chair protecting the floor and stops the chair from wheezing around. And I keep one under my toddler's chair to stop it parting company from him.
Down side? The only one I can think of is that in the heat of summer the hot sun shines on the one by the the patio doors and it smells slightly of rubber.

Comments about Hug A Rug:
I put this right next to my front door on a tiled floor. It looks stylish and is very practical, especially when you have four children running in and out with wet and muddy shoes!!
It trappes the dirt so it does not go onto my lightly coloured tiles, less washing of the floor ,wonderful.
It is very simple to wash in the washing machine and dries in no time, and comes out looking fantastic. It was a brilliant buy and i would not be without it now.

Comments about Hug A Rug:
I bought Hug a rug for the utility room, which opens onto the garden and is used by our dog. As advertised, the rug absorbs moisture and does not show dirt, but, unfortunately, slips around when walked on. This is presumably because it has been laid on carpet, rather than tiles or a wooden floor. However, it is easy to pull back into place. Overall, I am reasonably satisfied with my purchase.

Comments about Hug A Rug:
The dogs and the kids come straight off the street into the hall. It is just the right size and texture to catch the wet and mud.
However, not as attractive looking in reality as in the catalogue.
