This shirt can be worn by the young or old. The appliqué is very attractive and gets you noticed. It is a versatile item to wear, it can be worn with jeans for smart casual or with a smart pair of trousers for work. On the downside, the sizing is far too small particularly across the chest. I had to order three times before I eventually had the correct size for me. I am a standard size 14 and had to buy a size 20, made me feel depressed straight away. Washes well. Irons easy. Not a lot of material for the money.
