    I paid Kaleidoscope for special delivery and th full cost of the order, for Friday 31st July 10, the order did not arrive. I was told it would arrive on Monday 2/9/10, it still did not arrive.I was then told that the order had not left the warehouse and it would take up to 10 days for it to be delivered. I needed the outfit for a special occasion from 5/8/10. They refused to refund my money immediately and told me the order must be returned to them before my money can be refunded. I also asked for some support by phone to let me know when the order would be deliverd – still no joy. I am extremely disappointed with Kaleidoscope’s customers service.
